How Stilvardon Started

In 2022, our founders were managing multi-location retail operations across Western Canada. They watched smart retailers struggle with the same problems: inventory inaccuracy, auditing that consumed entire days, and manual data entry between disconnected systems. The tech existed—but nobody had assembled it for retail the right way.

Stilvardon Retail LP was built to change that. We combined hands-on retail operations knowledge with modern inventory automation to create systems that actually work on the floor, in the back office, and across your entire operation. Today, we serve 40+ retail businesses across Alberta and beyond—from boutiques to multi-location chains—helping them reclaim time, improve accuracy, and reduce loss.
